Welcome to the National Institute for Unification Education (NIU) website.
Marking 50th anniversary, NIU has continued to fulfill its role and responsibility in operating in-house curriculum, extending school and civil educations on unification, and developing various customized unification education contents to foster the values and practical knowledge necessary for the peaceful unification on the Korean Peninsula.
Opening the new chapter of unification education in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, NIU will take the lead in the renovation of the unification education in new and creative ways. NIU aims to create and provide education platforms where discourses and knowledge on the unification can be shared.
Together with Koreans and global citizens around the world, NIU will continuously fulfill its duties and enhance its reputation in laying the foundation for peaceful unification on the Korean Peninsula.
