On July 27, Minister Kwon Youngse delivered remarks at a launching ceremony to congratulate the 23rd Unification Education Officials.

Minister Kwon emphasized the importance of unification education by referring to a tree with deep roots not shaken by the wind, and he promised that the Government will build a solid foundation for a unification policy and education based on public opinion.

* Unification Education Officials are commissioned by the Minister of Unification in accordance with the Unification Education Support Act, to contribute to laying a foundation for peaceful unification by assisting the public to be more committed to and more capable of pursuing unification through unification education activities.
