On July 8, Unification Minister Kwon Youngse delivered remarks at the 23rd Anniversary of the Settlement Support Center for North Korean Refugees (Hanawon).
Minister Kwon highlighted that Hanawon would improve shortcomings and further promote positive aspects to ensure that no one is left behind and is supported through a firm system.
