From 10 A.M. today, Unification Minister Kwon Youngse is attending a seminar entitled “Ten Years after the UN COI: Pressure Points and the Future of the North Korean Human Rights Movement” to deliver congratulatory remarks.

At 11:30 A.M., Minister Kwon will meet with graduate students of Johns Hopkins University in the Korea Studies Program and provide words of encouragement.

On March 21, Minister Kwon will attend a plenary session of the National Assembly’s Foreign Affairs & Unification Committee at 2:30 P.M.

2. Vice Minister’s Schedule

On March 24, Vice Minister Kim Ki Woong will attend a symposium organized by the Central Association for National Unification of Korea and deliver congratulatory remarks.

A) It is difficult to identify an individual from a photograph. We will analyze it with relevant agencies.
